Ghanaian forward, Bernard Tekpetey scored in a friendly win for Ludogorets Razgrad against Club Lokomotiv two days ago.
Ludogorets defeated the second division club Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) in a trial match.
The Black Meteors attacker netted a beautiful volley goal when he lobbed a through pass he received just inside the box over the out-coming goalkeeper.
Ghana’s Elvis Manu hit the woodwork in the 3rd minute and Tekpetey almost scored moments later in the game but for the brilliant reflex save from the shot-stopper denied the Ghanaian the opener.
Lokomotiv took the lead in the 7th minute after Mirchev scored. Higinio and Yankov both missed a chance to score.
Eventually, Ludogorets made the score even when Tekpetey outplayed Hristov and grabbed the equalizer for the Champions League side.
The tables were turned in the 52nd minute when Ikoko passed to Petrov. The young player scored easily for from close range to make it 2-1.
The Ghanaian international is yet to score in Ludogorets Razgrad’s colours in a competitive game since he joined on a two-year loan contract from Schalke 04.
