Andre Ayew’s remarkable strike against Crystal Palace has been named as West Ham United’s Goal of the Month for October.
The Black Stars deputy skipper’s 43rd minute screamer at Selhurst Park emerged as the Hammers Goal of the month.
Ayew picked up the ball – daggled the ball past defenders before slotting it into the net as the two side’s shared the points
The 27-year-old’s goal was also nominated for the Premier League’s October Goal of the Month.
His superb strike earned 39% of the vote to win the October Goal of the month.
Chicharito’s goal from the same match finished second with 26% while Amber Stobbs’ incredible and powerful goal versus QPR occupied the third spot with 16%.
