Kumasi Asante Kotoko interim manager Johnson Smith insists the team is not well equipped yet despite putting up a great show against Dreams FC at Dawu on Sunday.
Smith failed to take the credit for the 1-0 win over Dreams as he believes lots still need to be done in the team.
“I cannot use just one day to build a team. I cannot take any credit as is not logical.” Smith emphasized after the game.
“We were on the building process before the defeat to Olympics dampened our spirit. All I did was to psyche the players and make some few changes.”
“We are not there yet, there are still some edges which needs to be sharpened.”
Dreams FC will welcome Al Hilal to the Accra Sports Stadium in the CAF Champions League game in midweek.
