Board member of Great Olympics, Fred Papoe has admitted that his outfit was unfair to Godwin Attram in the appointment of a new Coach, Tom Strand.
Attram who used to double as a player and coach for the Dade lads was demoted to the assistant Coach role following the appointment of Tom Strand as the Head Coach of the club in March.
The former Ghana international was however unhappy with the decision and threatened to quit.
Papoe insists the club should have accorded Attram a better treatment.
“Attram himself was not against management’s decision to give him a helping hand but the only difficulty came maybe the way we the board introduced Strand into the team which I think did not go down well with him at all ’’
“Attram has been a very loyal son of this great club and I feel the way things were done was not good’’ he told Starr Sports
