Ghanaian defender, Alexander Djiku has described the Black Stars defeat to South Africa as a ‘difficult’ result to accept.
The Black Stars succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of the Group G rivals in their second 2022 World Cup qualifiers campaign.
Djiku despite the loss was one of the brightest spots for Ghana at the FNB Stadium, putting in another strong performance in a Black Stars jersey.
However, the Strasbourg defender Is still hopeful of making it past the group stages despite Monday’s setback.
He shared a post on his Twitter page to show his displeasure at the results but looks forward to the next tasks ahead.
