Aduana Stars coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has commended his players for their outstanding display in their 2-0 win victory over Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Ogya Lads defeated the Phobians 2-0 at the Nana Agyeman Badu II Park on Wednesday in their matchday one outstanding fixture, picking their first win of the 2020/21 season.
Aduana Stars opened the scoring through ace striker forward Yahaya Mohammed before Prince Acquah added a beautiful strike to seal a commanding 2-0 win for Paa Kwesi Fabian’s side.
“Well, I think I told you that we will be coming out all guns blazing. And that we’re going to fight for every ball because these three points is important for us to be able to turn the page and to change the narrative,” said the former Ghana U-17 coach.
“And I think they did well and they played to instructions,” he added.
Aduana Stars will make a short trip to Berekum to play Berekum Chelsea on Sunday in their matchday six regional derby clash.
