Ghana’s 2021 AFCON Group opponent’s Comoros Island are of the heels of Stade Rennes youngster Warmed Omari.

The 21-year-old central defender broke into the Stade Rennes senior team this season after impressing in the youth team last year.
Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively reveal that Omari who has a Ghanaian father and a mother from Comoros Island is being courted by “Les Coelacantes” and could represent them in the impending AFCON in Cameroon.
The talented guardsman was born in Mayotte which is situated in the northern Mozambique Channel in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Southeast Africa.
He grew up in France and currently holds French passport.
