Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman was on target as Stade de Reims stunned Paris Saint-Germain 3-1 in the French Ligue 1 at the Stade Auguste Delaune on Friday night.
The Ghanaian international opened the scoring for the hosts with a magnificent strike on the 36th minute Mathieu Cafaro doubled their lead in the on the 56th minute.
The left-back was scoring his first goal of the season since joining the French side on loan from Chelsea in the January transfer.
Kylian Mbappe however, pulled one back for the French Champions three minutes later.
Paris Saint-Germain after reducing the scoreline to 2-1 kept dominating the game with some beautiful possessive football in their quest to grab the leveler.
But their efforts were not enough to get them any goal in the match as Pablo Chavarria’s sumptuous stoppage time goal sealed a 3-1 victory for Stade de Reims.
