Former Ghana U-20 star, Benjamin Tetteh registered his third league assists of the season for Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday.
The Ghanaian forward came from the bench at the beginning of the second half to replace Umut Bulut.
Daniel Lukasik’s goal on the 4th minute mark from the center of the box into roof of the net with his right foot gave the Blue and Yellows an early lead in the first half of the match.
After 35 minutes played, Ankaragucu were awarded a penalty which was beautifully converted by Ghanaian international winger, Joseph Paintsil into the bottom right corner to put the hosts in a two goals lead.
After the break the game was a balanced one until after 70 minutes when the away side started playing some nice game which resulted in grabbing a consolation goal through Youssouf Ndayishimiye on the 76th to make it 2-1 with less than quarter of an hour left on the clock after being set up by the Ghana International Benjamin Tetteh.
Torgeir Borven restored Ankaragucu’s two goals on the 88th minute of matche as it finished 3-1 to the hosts.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward on loan from Sparta Prague has three assists and a goal in twelve games this campaign in the Turkish top-flight
