Ghanaian international striker, Richmond Boakye Yiadom has joined Israeli Premier League team Beitar Jerusalem on a one-year deal, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The former Atlanta man has passed his mandatory medical test and has signed a deal to keep him at the Israeli Ligat HaAl side till the end of the season.
Boakye joined the Black and Yellows as a free agent after leaving Polish top-flight team Gornik Zabrze, a club he joined during the 2020-21 season in Poland.
Beitar Jerusalem could prolong Boakye’s stay at the club for another year if the Ghanaian forward impress the club technical team in the upcoming 2021-22 season.
The 28-year-old Ghanaian forward failed to hit the back of the net for Gornik Zabrze in the Polish top-flight which led to his move away from the club.
