Former Ghana U-23 defender Isaac Honny scored an amazing hat-trick for his side Police Tero as they demolished Hippo FC on Wednesday in the Thailand Chang FA Cup.
He scored two goals and provided an assist as Police Tero FC beat Lamphun FC 3-1 last month to progress in the Thailand Toyota League Cup and was also on target when his side lost 3-2 to Thai Honda at the Minburi 72nd Anniversary Stadium (Bangkok) in a league fixture last Saturday.
The stalwart defender was a delight to watch in defence and banged three goals in addition to his outstanding performance to help his side put six goals past Hippo FC at the Police Tero Stadium.
Honny, carried the team on his shoulders as his contribution gave them a big victory after scoring three times within 19 minutes to help them seal passage to the next phase of the competition.
The 25 got his first goal for the hosts on the 61st minute before completing his brace on the 73rd minute after dazzling through Hippo FC defence.
Honny again made his presence in the game count when he unlocked his opponents defence to finish his hat trick on the 80th minute.
He has so far registered six goals for Police Tero FC in their last three games played within seven days in Thailand.
