Two minutes later, the visitors restored parity when Aleksey Vakulich’s fine finish canceled the home team’s lead.
Tetteh, 25, scored three minutes later after Mozyr conceded the equalizer to make it 2 – 1.
The host recorded their first victory in three games after going winless in their previous two in the Belerusian top-flight.
