Head coach of the Black Maidens, Evans Adotey is adamant his side will emerge victors in their quarter final game against Korea DPR in the on going FIFA under17 women’s world cup.
The Maidens come up against the highly rated Korean team today at 1pm Ghana and Evans Adotey is confident of victory.
“My target was for us to qualify for the quarter finals and we achieved that. Now we are taking it game after game. I’m very confident of a triumph against the Koreans”.
Ghana made to the quarter final stage of the competition after surprisingly defeating tournament favourites USA and Paraguay.
The game against Korea DPR will be without Rafiatu Alhasan who is out for six days and Grace Asantewaa who has recorded two yellow cards.
