The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has extended its best wishes to the national female under 20 team The Black Princesses ahead of their 2018 FIFA Under 20 Women’s World Cup opener against host country France on Sunday.
Coach Yusif Basigi and his charges who are hoping to reach the semi quarter stage of the tournament for the first time are eager to give France the shock of their life when they face them tonight at the Stade de la Rabine.
(PFAG) in a statement said ”As the mother body of all professional footballers in Ghana,the PFAG has strode with the team every step of the way during their impressive qualifying campaign, culminating in successful qualification to the biennial competition in France.”
The statement continued ”We are very confident that the team, under the expert guidance of Yussif Basigi, is well prepared to do the nation proud.”
