Ghanaian international midfielder, Samuel Alabi has joined Switzerland Super League side FC Luzern.
The former FC Ashdod man excelled in the Israeli league after his move from Ghana Premier League team Dreams FC.
The Swiss Super League side on Thursday announced the signing of the Ghanaian on a four-year contract.
The Club statement read:
Samuel Alabi is moving from FC Ashdod (Israel) to Central Switzerland with immediate effect. The 20-year-old Ghanaian today signed a contract that will run until June 30, 2024 and will intensify the FC Luzern offensive in the future.
Samuel Alabi started his career in Ghana at Dreams FC before joining Ashdod FC for the 2019/20 season. The right foot, which can be used in various offensive positions, impresses with its modern style of play and should additionally stimulate the offensive of FC Luzern in the future.
Due to the official requirements, Samuel Alabi will spend the next eight days in quarantine at home and then start training with Fabio Celestini’s team.
