Ashantigold SC player Stephen Owusu Banahene won the Man of the Match award after putting up an incredible show in the Miners 1-5 mauling of Liberty Professionals on Thursdays at the Sogakope Park.

Five minutes later, defender Frank Akoto popped up with a sumptuous header to make it an emphatic 5-1 lead for the away team after 65 minutes of the game played at the Red Bull Arena in Sogakope.
The home team looked stunned after the fifth goal and could not found their way back into the game as it ended 5-1 to the visitors.
