Ghana’s Black Satellites head coach Abdul Karim Zito has advised Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah to maintain consistency in claiming success for the club.
The Porcupine Warriors are currently channeling a new path under the leadership of Nana Yaw Amponsah as they have been tasked by the Life patron of the club His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to make the club and economic viable entity and also to become a top-notch club on the African continent.
Maxwell Konadu’s side currently are preparing for the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League and next season’s CAF Champions League campaign with the capture of some new players to strengthen the team.
However, the former Ghana and Asante Kotoko star, believe the key to the club’s success will largely depend on how consistent they will become in maintaining the core of their team for years.
“I have talked with Nana Yaw Amponsah about the Kotoko job and advised him on the right module to claim success out of the team,” the former Dreams FC coach said on Light FM’s Sports Nation show.
”I told him consistency is the major key to achieving it in maintaining players and investing more in Youth,” he added.
