Ghanaian enforcer Emmanuel Addokwei Lomotey was on target in the French Ligue 2 on Friday night as Amiens thrashed leaders Troyes by three goals to one at the Stade de la Licorne.
Lomotey was unplayable in the heart of the Amiens midfield as he dictated the pace of the game in one of his club’s best matches so far this campaign.
The Black Stars midfielder netted the second goal for his side in the 54th minute with a sweet finish after Iron Gomis and Rominigue Kouame had traded first half goals.
Alexis Blin netted the third goal for Amiens in the 78th minute as they moved to 9th position on the league log with 37 points from 26 games.
Lomotey has now netted two goals from his central midfield position so far this season.
