Accra Great Olympics skipper, Gladson Awako has failed to shut speculations linking him with a move to Accra Hearts of Oak, admitting that he is ready to make a switch.
The 30-year-old has been heavily linked with the newly crowned Ghana Premier League winners following his stellar performances for the Dade Boys in the just ended season.
His performances has seen earn plaudits from many Ghanaians as well as attracting interest from Olympics’ fear rivals, Hearts.
The midfielder has however, failed to play down the interest from the Rainbow club, confirming his willingness to jump unto the Hearts bus should he be presented with an opportunity.
“I am ever ready to join Hearts of Oak. I am a footballer and that is my work, he spoke to Atinka FM.
“If I feel moving to Hearts of Oak will help my career why not.
“Even Harry Kane is moving from Tottenham Hotspurs just to get the chance to play in the Champions League.”
Awako’s contract with Olympics is set to expire in October and coach Samuel Boadu’s side are hopeful of capturing the former Ghana U-20 world cup winner for the African journey.
