Hafiz Wontah Konkoni is over confident in his team’s ability to stop Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC tomorrow when the two teams square off in a week 16 outstanding match in Obuasi on Wednesday afternoon.
Speaking to the team’s Communication Department, the inform striker promised his team mates and himself are going into tomorrow’s game for a win and would not be playing the game with any fear because of the size of the club they will be facing.
“There’s no way Kotoko can beat Bechem United in Obuasi tomorrow because the players confidence is high and everyone is ready to face them and show what we’re capable of doing”, he said.
He further stated that the morale at camp is very high after beating Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals at the Bechem Town Park on Sunday afternoon.
“Everyone is buzzing to go and we cannot wait for the match tomorrow because all the players morale is high and everyone is in a good spirit for the clash against Asante Kotoko”, he added.
Hafiz Konkoni has scored five goals and provided four assists in 15 games for the Hunters this season in the Ghana Premier League with his latest goal contribution coming against Liberty Professionals when he provided both assists on Sunday.
Asante Kotoko and Bechem United will clash at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi tomorrow for their week 16 outstanding clash.
