Black Stars Coach Kwesi Appiah insists his decision to hand three debutants a starting role against Ethiopia forms part of his succession plan for the team.
Coach Appiah on Sunday gave Raphael Dwamena, Thomas Agyapong and Lumor Agbenyenu a starting role in their 5-0 drubbing of Ethiopia in a 2019 AFCON qualifier at the Baba Yara sports stadium.
The trio have received applause from the public for their excellent performance. Kwesi Appiah says he has deployed an effective monitoring plan to aid him to succeed with the team.
