Ghanaian striker Benjamin Tetteh was on the score sheet on Saturday afternoon as his side Yeni Malatyaspor lost 3-2 to Denizlispor in the Turkish Superliga.
Tetteh who led the attack of Yeni at the Denizli Ataturk Stadi was a torn in the flesh of the home side as he gave Mustafa Yumlu and Ayman Ben Mohammed a tough time throughout the encounter.
Stephen Mallan shot the visitors ahead in the 16th minute before Denzlispor opened fire and netted two goals through Hugo Rodallega and Recep Niyaz before recess.
Tetteh restored parity for his side in the 77th minute with a sweet finish before Hadi Sacko secured victory for Denzlispor with the third goal in the 80th minute.
Tetteh has netted four league goals and provided four assists since his summer 2020 loan move from Sparta Prague.
