King Faisal FC failed to win again at home in their first two matches of the second round as they drew goalless with Obuasi Ashantigold SC in Techiman.
It was a frenetic encounter full of action in the first half but both sides failed to capitalize on the few good goal scoring chances that came their way before the break as the 45 minutes ended 0-0.
After the break, both teams looked ready to go for all three points but the two goalkeepers did well to keep their team in the game with some fine goalkeeping on display.
The game failed to produce a goal at the end of the 90 minutes as it ended in a goalless stalemate which leaves the home side stuck in the relegation zone with 19 points from 20 matches.
Ashantigold SC are undefeated in the second round of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season with two draws on the road and a win at home over Hearts of Oak last Saturday.
