Head coach of the Black Starlets Paa Kwesi Fabin is confident that his team will come good in next year’s under 17 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Starlets were drawn in group A alongside host Madagascar, Guinea and Cameroon on Monday afternoon..
Speaking after the draw, Coach Fabin disclosed that “in the previous edition we had issues with the MRI screening. Some of the integral players had to be taken out because they couldn’t pass the test but things are different now.
The Confederation of Africa Football(CAF) did the test themselves so we are confident of avoiding any last-minute trouble. My target is for us to win it for the third time and I’m hopeful we will win it”. Fabin
The two-time champions will be hoping to clinch the title for the third time and become the most successful in the tournament’s history
