Imurana Abdul Karim, widely known as Capasta, the Ghanaian musician famous for his hit song “Telemo” featuring Gasmilla, has embarked on a new adventure as the Head Coach of Norwegian Second Division Side, IK Junkeren.

Despite his music background, Capasta has showcased his talents on the football field by leading the team to an impressive 4th place position in the current league standings.

Capasta’s appointment as Head Coach brings a unique combination of creativity and passion to the team. His memorable line from the rap verse in “Telemo” resonates with his coaching philosophy, highlighting the importance of a strong defense when confronted with confusion and challenges.

The transition from the music industry to coaching highlights Capasta’s versatility and willingness to explore different paths. With his leadership and strategic approach, he aspires to guide IK Junkeren to even greater success in the Norwegian Second Division.

Ghanaian musician Capasta, who featured Gasmilla on the popular song Telemo, has been appointed Head Coach of Norwegian Second Division Side, IK Junkeren.

Capasta’s ability to excel in multiple disciplines, both as a musician and a coach, continues to inspire others. His unwavering dedication and determination serve as a testament to pushing boundaries and encourage individuals to pursue their passions with unwavering ambition.

It’s worth noting that Capasta is also the head coach and soccer administrator at the Lizzy Sports Complex. Holding a FIFA coaching license, he led his Under-12 team to victory in the World Youth Cup in Norway in 2017.

Additionally, in 2018, he guided his team to triumph at the Paris World Games in Paris, France. On February 1, 2023, he signed a coaching contract with IK Junkeren Bodo sports club, solidifying his position as the head coach of the club.
