Portuguese giants FC Porto are set to sign teenager Benicio Baker-Boaitey after the winger turned down professional contract at West Ham.
The Dragons have set their sight on English kids and are closing in on Baker-Boaitey after signing Danny Loader from Reading.
SPORTSwordGhana.com understands that the deal could be finalized in the coming days with Baker-Boaitey joining the Under 19 side of Porto.
The 16-year-old winger has been a subject of interest across Europe since May with the likes of Bayern Munich,Benicio Baker-Boaitey, West Ham, FC Porto, Paris St Germain, Benfica, and other top teams showing interest in him after it came to light that the “Hammers” were finding it difficult to renew his contract.
The highly-rated teen winger arrived in Portugal last week and is expected to sign for the Portuguese champions before linking up with their U19s.
