According to The Mirror, Aston Villa fans want to see Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew sold in the January transfer window.
Ayew, who is currently in the UAE after joining up with the Black Stars for their training camp ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, was the subject of a poll conducted in the English newspaper.
The Mirror questioned whether Villa fans wanted Ayew to remain with the club or be sold in the current transfer window.
The majority of those polled – 59 percent – would agree with the sale of the Ghana striker should the right bid be received, while 41 percent believe he still has a future with the Birmingham club.
Ayew joined Villa from Lorient in 2015 and has had an up-and-down journey with the club. He is currently linked with a move to Premier League club Swansea City, as well as a move to China.
