Former captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC, Amos Frimpong believes the winner of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League will be determined come next week Sunday in Accra.
According to the former Porcupine, it is very tough for both teams since they’re on same level of points with just five matches to end the season.
“It’s looking very tough with both teams having the same points,” he told Germany based Topical Radio.
Amos also stated that, both teams will win their remaining matches in the league and believes the week 31 Super Two Cash in Accra next Sunday will determine the winner for this season’s league.
“The game in Accra will be a decider because both teams will win the rest of their games.
“Whoever wins [the game in Accra], wins the league.
However, the Ex-Kotoko captain tipped his former employers to beat Hearts of Oak SC to the title because of their recent history against the Phobians in Accra.
“l tip Kotoko to win the league because we have a very good record against them [Hearts of Oak] in Accra and l am confident Kotoko will beat Hearts on that day,” he added.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC and their rivals Accra Hearts of Oak are level on points after 29 games.
