Ahmed Toure did not need more than 90 minutes to announce his return to the Ghana Premier League – a competition he has known and played in since 2006.

The talented attacker scored a brace to help Medeama to a 2-1 win at Elmina Sharks on Sunday in his debut game for the Yellow and Mauves.

No team had won at Elmina Sharks this season and Medeama did it and they had Toure. Again no opposition player had scored twice in Elmina against the Fearsome Sharks this term but the Burkina international has done that.

The former Asante Kotoko striker scored in both halves to make sure his team wins the day in a difficult game.

He scored 13 goals in 22 games in the 2017 season for Bechem United and he has started from where he left off but this time in the colors of Medeama.
