Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Morrison was on target for Simba SC in the Tanzanian Premier League on Thursday afternoon.
The former AS Vita Club man grabbed his fourth league goal in the Tanzanian Premier League this season as Simba went to Dodoma Jiji FC to pick all three points to close the gap between them and leaders Yanga SC to six points with two games in hand.
Meddie Kagere broke the deadlock of the match to put the visitors 1-0 up after 30 minutes of action but the home team restored parity six minutes later through Cleophace Mkandala to make it 1-1.
On the 66th minute mark, the 28-year-old Ghanaian midfielder popped up to score the winner for the Red and Whites to pick a vital three points on the road.
