Ghanaian youngster Kelvin Boateng scored to send Spartak Trnava to the next round of the 2021-22 UEFA Europa Conference League against Romania side Sepsi OSK.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker came from the bench to score the equalizer for the away team who were facing elimination before his introduction.
Boubacar Fofana grabbed the game’s opening goal in the 29th minute with a super strike to give his side an early advantage over Spartak.
The former FC Porto B striker, Boateng leveled matters for the away team when he scored a fine goal on the 67th-minute mark after connecting nicely with to a cross from the left side of attack with his left foot into the bottom right corner.
The game traveled to penalty shootouts and the visitors won 3-1 to seal qualification into the next qualifying round.
