Spokesman of Wilfred Osei Kwaku “Palmer”, Ebo Appiah says his team has received the ruling of their case against the Ghana FA from CAS.
CAS in their release on Wednesday 2 September 2020, dismissed an appeal filed on 14 October 2019 by Palmer against the Ghana FA.
Palmer appealed to CAS following his disqualification from contesting the Ghana FA Presidency by the Elections Committee on 8 October 2019.
The elections went ahead without Palmer on 25 October 2019 where Kurt E.S Okraku emerged winner to lead the Ghana FA.
Speaking on Asempa FM in an interview on Wednesday morning, Appiah confirmed receiving the much-awaited verdict.
He said despite the disappointment they are ready to assist the current administration going forward.
“Palmer is calm and he is a sportsman who knows that you will either win or lose. He is calm and not down.” Appiah said.
