Ghana Skipper Asamoah Gyan is confidence Ghana Black Stars will prevail over their counterpart, Uganda in the opening fixture of Group D with the experience on their part.
Gyan said experience will matter in the Tuesday’s AFCON game between Ghana and Uganda and will also be a deciding factor.
The former Sunderland forward speaking at the press on monday before the game sounded confidence of their capability of beating Uganda who held Ghana to a drawn game in the 2018 World Cup qualifiers in Tamale three months ago.
Gyan cautioned it will be a tough nut but his men will do their possible best to ensure Ghana grab all three points at the end of the 90 minutes.
Uganda last appearance in the nations cup dates back 1978 and will be hoping to make a strong statement after 38 years while Ghana has been consistent in recent AFCON.
