Young Ghanaian forward Malik Abubakari won his first career league trophy with Malmö FF in the Sweden Allsvenskan after a goalless draw game at home to Halmstads BK on Saturday afternoon.
The Ghanaian Center-forward was a second half substitute as he came on after the break to take the place of Adi Nalic on the 46th minute mark.
Malmö FF needed a draw to clinch the league title and held a determined relegation threatened side Halmstads BK to win the trophy on goal difference.
Malmö ended the 2021 Swedes Allsvenskan season with plus 28 goals as second placed team AIK ended the season with 20 goals after they both finished on 59 points from 30 matches.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker finished the season with three goals and one assist in 15 appearances after joining from Portuguese second tier league side Casa Pia AC.
