German Bundesliga side RB Leipziq have expressed interest in signing Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Brian Brobbey on a long-term basis next summer, according to multiple reports in the Dutch press.
Brobbey, 19, who has been with the Amsterdam-based club for the past ten years, is ready to leave Ajax after refusing to sign a new contract with the despite the Dutch giants willing to keep him.
A report filed by Dutch Newspaper De Telegraaf reports that the Liepziq could sign the highly-rated youngster striker when he finally leaves Ajax in the summer transfer.
Brobbey has been linked with several clubs across Europe – with Spanish giants Real Madrid, Italian Serie A outfit AC Milan and Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund – all reported being interested in his services ahead of the summer transfer window.
Brobbey’s Ajax FC will expire in June 2021 and would surely leave Ajax according to his agent Mino Raiola.
