BREAKING NEWS: Avam Grant names his starting line-up against Egypt,drops Three Players

Black Stars coach Avram Grant has named his starting line up Sunday’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Egypt.

Three players, who have been regular since the Israeli coach took over nearly two years ago, John Boye, Afriyie Acquah and Frank Achemapong have all been dropped from the side to face Egypt.

Razak Braimah will start in post for the senior national team in today’s crunch game which will be played at the Borg el Arab Stadium in Alexandria.

Leicester City’s Daniel Amartey and Jonathan Mensah will be at the heart of defence for the Black Stars with Harrison Afful and Baba Rahman at right back and left back respectively.

Thomas Partey, Agyemang Badu and Mubarak Wakaso will all be in midfield as the Coach Avram Grant’s side target their first win in the qualifiers.

Stand-in captain Andre Ayew and Christian Atsu will be on the flanks with Jordan Ayew upfront.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 4pm GMT.

Razak Braimah, Harrison Afful, Baba Rahman, Jonathan Mensah, Daniel Amartey, Emmanuel Agyeman Badu Mubarak Wakaso, Christian Atsu, Thomas Partey,Jordan Ayew, Andre Ayew.

Egypt starting XI

Egypt XI: Essam El-Hadary; Ahmed Fathi, Ali Gabr, Ahmed Hegazy, Mohamed Abdel-Shafy; Tarek Hamed, Mohamed Elneny, Abdallah El-Said, Mahmoud Trezeguet, Mohammed Salah,Bassem Morsy.
