Ghanaian central midfielder Samuel Asamoah and some of his team mates will depart Belgian Jupiler Pro League side Sint-Truiden this summer.
Sportsworldghana.com can reveal that the contract of Asamoah, Ibrahima Sankhon and Duckens Nazon will expire in June 30, 2021 and the trio have declined a new offer as they seek another avenue.
Asamoah, 27, joined Sint-Truiden from KAS Eupen and has been one of the club’s best players making a total of 115 appearances, scoring six goals and providing seven assists.
Various clubs including Royal Antwerp and Cercle Brugge are said to be interested in him ahead of the impending transfer window.
Born in Accra to a Ghanaian father and a Togolese mother, Asamoah also holds Belgian citizenship and is eligible to play for all three countries.
