Ghana Premier League outfit, International Allies have expressed interest in signing Asokwa Deportivo SC midfielder Seth Kwadwo.
SPORTSworldGhana.com can exclusively reveal that, the Accra-based club have enquired about the availability of the Ghana Black Satellites midfield-gem and who is the engine of the Asokwa-based Club.
According to our sources, Allies have been monitoring the progress of the youngster since the NC tournament and have expressed interest in completing a move for the left footed box-to-box midfielder after he impressed the technical handlers of the club and scouts at the U20 camp in Prampram.
The 18-year-old versatile midfielder was part of the Ibrahim Tanko’s U23 team during the qualifiers between 2018-19 and just missed out on the final 23-man squad ahead of the tournament which was hosted in Egypt.
Seth Kwadwo played all the 2019-20 season games in the National Division One League for his team and as a deep playing playmaker, he managed to score five goals with four assists to his credit.
Despite being in the early stages of his career, the midfield-gem has been likened to Ghana’s greats, Ibrahim Sunday and ‘Golden Boy’ Abdul Razak respectfully and his ability to retain possession coupled with his passing qualities are unmatched in the second tier of Ghana football.
The young lad combines power, precision and accuracy and is an all-round complete midfielder who has drawn comparisons to Liverpool FC’s Thiago Alcantara and former Barcelona star Xavi Hernández due to his enormous talents.
Should inter Allies secure a deal for the youngster, they would be getting themselves the next Michael Essien in him as he plays through thick and thin without showing signs of tiredness throughout the 90 minutes.
The Asokwa Deportivo SC midfielder is rated as one of the most promising and enterprising midfield anchor to emerge in the country in recent years and could bring a permanent solution to the midfield of the Premier League side, Allies in the upcoming season.
Though full of smiles all the time on the field but the midfielder is a hard tackle and very tough to get past in one-on-one duels in game situations and would stabilise the midfield for Inter Allies if they manage to get the player’s services before the transfer window shut in Ghana.
