Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC striker, Kwame Opoku has returned to team training with his current team USM Alger in Algeria, Sportsworldghana.com can confirm.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker was out of the team at the start of the season due to a slight knock but has finally been included in the team training after few days off.
Opoku joined the Red and Blacks outfit from Asante Kotoko SC last season after scoring seven goals in the first round of the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
He scored four goals for the Algiers-based club in the Algeria Ligue 1 last season after joining the club in the middle of the season.
He is expected to be included in his team’s squad for their next games in the Algeria Ligue 1 after missing out on continental football competition this campaign.
