Ghana Premier League dubutants Bibiani Gold Stars have seen a dream start to the league season after picking four points from their opening two games against Berekum Chelsea and Medeama.
Chelsea – winners of the league in 2011 – and two-time FA Cup winners Medeama – on paper were suppose to be tough matches for the Gold Stars but the Bibiani side did not tremble picking a win against the former and running away with a point versus the latter. What a start!
This is a clear indication that the former Division One side will not come easy against Kotoko on Friday.
It is a fact that Medeama are a struggling side from last season but not many teams, including Kotoko, could go there and come out with a point – Gold Stars did it and this must be a guidance to Prosper Ogum.
