Ghana’s midfielder, Godfrey Akwasi Poku has undergone a successful knee injury operation he sustained in the month of February this year.
The 30-year-old Ghanaian versatile midfielder was injured on the twelve of February and has during the week completed a successful operation on his right knee.

The former Luton Town player is expected to be out till late December 2021 after he was ruled out for the rest of the season following the horrible injury he picked up in an FA Cup game.
Akwasi Poku plays for Havant & Waterlooville FC in the English National League South, the sixth tier of English football, after relegation from the National League in the 2018–19 season.
