Canadian-born Ghanaian youngster Richlord Ennin made his first Europa League appearance for Lithuanian giants Zalgiris Vilnius on Thursday night as they defeated Paide by two goals to nothing.
Ennin who is on loan from Latvian club Spartak Jurmala replaced Liviu Antal in the 81st minute and put up a decent show as his side biked their ticket to the next stage of the competition.
The 21-year-old winger brought bite to the Zalgiris attack and provided a cutting edge on the right as they changed to a 4:3:3: formation.
Ennin has played now played ten games in all competitions for Zalgiris since his January loan move scoring four goals and providing three assists.
He has represented Canada up to the Under 20 level but still eligible to switch allegiance to the Black Stars.
