Newly appointed Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC head coach, Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum has promised the fans about his intentions to make the Porcupine Warriors the best Club not only in Ghana but in Africa and the whole world alike.
According to him, he’s ready and will do his best to help make the Kotoko team the biggest and the best club in the country and beyond.
“I will do my best to make Asante Kotoko Sporting Club the best club in Ghana, Africa and the world.
He also stated how grateful he is to be given the opportunity to serve a great club like Asante Kotoko SC who are two-time African Champions.
“I am awfully grateful for this opportunity to serve such a great club Kumasi Asante Kotoko. Everyone will happy.
” Thanks to HRM Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Board, Management and Supporters for reposing trust in me,” he added.
The former Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs FC and West African Football Academy (WAFA) SC coach becomes the seventh coach the club has appointed since 2019 after Charles Kwablah Akonnor, Kjetil Zachariason, Maxwell Konadu, Johnson Smith, Abdulai Gazelle and Mariano Baretto.

Ogum is expected to begin his Kotoko career on Monday as the players arrive for the pre-season before the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season commences in October.
