The former Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko midfielder has revealed that several Ghana Premier League clubs have asked about his availability since he returned to the country from Kenya.
Jackson Owusu last played for Asante Kotoko in Ghana before joining former coach Steven Polack at Gor Mahia in the Kenya top-flight.
In December last year it emerged the Ghanaian player has had issues with Gor Mahia over unpaid monies and after one season he is a free agent.
The player made the revelation in an interview with Opemsour radio on Thursday and when he was asked on a possible return to Asante Kotoko this is what he said :
“I am a footballer and that is my work. I am opened to working with any team including Kotoko. If Kotoko assess me and they think I can help them why not, I am willing to play” Jackson Owusu said.
“A lot of clubs here have asked about me. But at the moment I am a free agent” he said.
