Ghanaian forward Jordan Ayew came from the bench to set up Crystal Palace winner against Leicester City FC at the Selhurst Park on Saturday.
The 31-year-old was a late first half substitute when he came on to take the place of Wilfred Zaha who got himself injured just before the interval.
Ricardo Pereira, after the first half of the match ended in a pulsating 0-0 stalemate broke the deadlock of the match to put the away team, Leicester in the lead.
Three minutes later, Daniel Iversen scored at the wrong end of the field to level matters for the Eagles with just over 30 minutes left on the clock.
