Ghanaian forward Daniel Kyereh scores his eighth goal of the Bundesliga 2 campaign in FC St Pauli’s comfortable win over Eintracht Braunschweig at home on Monday evening.
The 25-year-old striker netted his fifth league goal of the season for FC St Pauli at the Millerntor-Stadion and scored three goals on the road to take his total tally in the German Second Tier to eight.
On the 13th minute mark, St Paul launched a quick counter-attack and striker Omar Marmoush found the Ghanaian inside the center of the box.
Following a pinpoint pass by Marmoush, Kyereh’s left-footed shot from the center of the box found the center of the goal to extend St Pauli’s lead to two after just thirteen minutes of action.
Before the Ghanaian’s strike, Marmoush had already scored the game’s opening goal inside six minutes to put the Brown and Reds ahead in the game.
Kyereh lasted 72 minutes of the match and his goal takes him to eight in 27 games with seven assists.
At the end of the 90 minutes, St Pauli deservedly won the game by a 2-0 score line.
