Dutch-born Ghanaian striker Cody Gakpo was on target twice for PSV Eindhoven in their 1-5 away demolishing of NS Mura in the third qualifying round of the Europa League on Thursday night at the Fazanerija Stadion.
Donyell Malen opened the scoring for the visitors after 17 minutes into the game before Nino Kouter drew the hosts level four minutes later.
Mauro Junior with a fine strike restored the lead for PSV in the 28th minute-mark as Cody Gakpo extended their lead to 3-1 in the 49th minute.
The away team keeping pushing for more goals and finally got their fourth goal through Donyell Malen in the 65th minute as Mura struggled to contain their thunderous display.
Gakpo had no mercy on the home side as he bagged his second goal, PSV’s fifth in the game on stoppage time.
The Dutch side will next play Rosenborg in the playoffs.
Cody Gakpo has so far netted four goals in two games for PSV this season.
