Coach Mike was the assistant coach of Lone Star’s Football Club (NPSL Team) between 2010-2014. He switched to Pennsylvania State University (Abington NCAAIII) as assistant coach from 2011-2012. He became the LV Trainer for Lenape Valley Soccer Club/Pennsylvania Rush Soccer between 2012-2014.
His knack for talent identification has been praised by his teams and colleagues in the spells he has had at these clubs. In 2020 he signed on as a Youth coach for Philadelphia Union.
