Ghana’s Philip Adjah Tetteh wason target twice for Mohammedan Sporting as they thrashed Chhinga Veng in the Indian Hero 2nd Division League on Monday.
The Black Panthers had a scrappy start and couldn’t hold on to the ball for long.
They pressed on and in no time broke the deadlock through Ivorian striker Desmond Kuoassi in the 38th minute.
The Ghanaian international added his double in the 43rd and 70th minutes respectively to end Chhinga Veng’s unbeaten run.
They currently sit third on the log with 10 points from 7 games.
Mohammedan Sporting Club play host to TRAU FC in the next game.
Adjah joined Mohammedan Sporting Club from second tier side Okor Nowomi FC.
