The former defender returned to the club in April 2020 following stints abroad but Hearts of Oak has announced the departure of the player from the club.
Nuru Sulley rejoined Hearts of Oak on a free transfer but the center back never really became an important first team player at the club.
The likes of Mohammed Alhassan, Robert Addo Sowah and James Sewornu were ahead of Sulley.
